The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other accused persons are named in the FIR. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Sabir Khan with Garasi on his head. There is counter version being Bhabua P.S. Case No. 215 of 2015. Sabir Khan got one lacerated wound on his head. The injury is caused by hard and blunt object and opined to be simple in nature.
