Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.569 of 2018 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No.359 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363 Indian Penal Code. In the written report, it is alleged that daughter of the informant went to school, but she did not return. The informant learnt during search that she has been kidnapped by this petitioner.
The victim on her recovery has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which has been enclosed as Annexure-2, wherein, she has stated that she had voluntarily gone with this petitioner. She has returned with her parents. The petitioner has not committed any illegal act with her.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Sessions Trial No.569 of 2018 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No.359 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
