JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 141 of 2021 registered under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. specifically stated that she herself got married with one Santosh Kumar Rishideo. She did not speak against these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal history.
