JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that there was no recovery from his possession rather the alleged recovery was from the 'Aanganwari Kendra' which is about 200 meters away from the house of the petitioner. It is only being suspected that the petitioner had put his firearms there. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 10.06.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45695 of 2016 (2) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 with Barh P.S. Case No.196 of 2016.

It is made clear that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
