Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 414 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 25/26 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested merely on the basis of suspicion. This Court finds that petitioner is accused in 15 other cases and in the instant case, there is recovery of firearm, stolen motorcycle and mobile phone from his possession.
