====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-06-2015 The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Uphara P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
In the case robbery was committed in the Bank and huge cash amount was looted. During investigation, on the confessional statement of co-accused name of the petitioner has transpired.
Mr. Akbar Ali, learned A.P.P., submits that during investigation name of petitioner has transpired. In view of seriousness of the accusation, I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20681 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 petitioner.
The petition stands dismissed.
