The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 204 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after six years of marriage.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that victim died on Ludhiyana where she resides with her husband. The petitioner is old lady.
Considering the fact that victim died after six years of marriage and petitioner being the lady, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29284 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 137 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
