The petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2016 in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.377 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already been in custody since 29.9.2016 and is not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.377 of 2016 .
