The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of theft of bolero is against unknown. Allegation is that the same was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 10.03.2018.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone as well as completion of the investigation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31764 of 2018 (4) dt.14-08-2018 P2/ learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No.23 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
