The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bairgania P. S. Case No. 138 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020, instituted for offences under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped a sixteen years old girl.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a friend of the victim and the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would clearly demonstrate that when the victim was scolded by her parents she went in hiding along with the petitioner.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bairgania P. S. Case No. 138 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
