This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of noncompletion of construction of school building and misappropriation of the public amount.

Submission of the petitioner is that Annexure 3 would reveal that work has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 254 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1998 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, or successor Court.
