====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2021 Heard Mr. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P. S. Case No. 301 of 2020 dated 16.07.2020, instituted for offences under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

The petitioner is the younger brother of the husband of the deceased.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37724 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2021 2/2 against the petitioner and all other members of his family. The petitioner had no connection with the affairs of the deceased or her husband.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the fatherin-law of the deceased has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2020. Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Harsidhi P. S. Case No. 301 of 2020. The petition stands allowed.
