BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 03-05-2023 In the present MJC, petitioner has alleged that there is non-compliance to the orders of this Court insofar as his grievance relating to ACP and MACP.

Respondent Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University passed an order on 21.11.2022 to the extent that the

Patna High Court MJC No.1289 of 2022(4) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 petitioner is not entitled to ACP. On the other hand, they have admitted that the petitioner is entitled to MACP and it would be settled within a period of eight weeks. It is submitted by the petitioner that it has not been settled, therefore, Registrar, respondent/University is hereby directed to obey his own order dated 21.11.2022 within a period of four weeks from today, including disbursement of any arrears of payment and refixation of pay and pension. In the event of non-compliance by the Registrar, respondent/University, petitioner is at liberty to file interlocutory application to recall the present order. Accordingly, MJC proceedings stands dropped.
