Pursuant to order dated 24.08.2015, 2nd supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 5, supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 2 to 4 and counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 9.

The officers, though not required, are also present in Court.

It is agreed at the Bar that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, if the petitioner feels that there is any discrepancy or something else remains, he has the liberty to file an appropriate representation before the concerned officer within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order. If the same is filed, the officer shall look into it and decide the issue within the next three weeks. If pursuant to such consideration, the officer feels that some further payments are to be made, the same shall be paid within three weeks thereafter.
