JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,324,307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on protest being made for hearing vulgar song loudly, co accused Chhotelal Prasad caught hold of the informant and petitioner no.1 Vinod Prasad stabbed the informant whereas petitioner no. 2 also assaulted the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 24.3.2015 the FIR was registered on 27.3.2015.

Considering the delayed lodging of the FIR and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27755 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
