In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 204 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 23479 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 30.05.2016, rejected the same with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after one year in jail custody. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since more than one year which has been mentioned in paragraph 9 of this application.
