In compliance of the order of this Court dated 25.04.2022 passed in LPA No. 1769 of 2018 as also the earlier order of this court dated 12.07.2023, the contemnors have now paid the actual monetary benefits, accrued as a result of grant of the benefits of ACP/MACP scheme, by transferring an amount of Rs. 4,34,518/- in the account of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the contemnors further submits that the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna has also been instructed to revise the pension of the petitioner accordingly.

This Court expects that the office of the Account General, Bihar, Patna shall revise the pension of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court, disobedience whereof has been complained of, has stood complied with, hence the present petition stands dismissed.
