At the outset, it has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the application the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed as the police have lodged FIR, investigated the case and submitted charge-sheet against the accused persons named in the FIR. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application. Leave is granted.
