JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2021 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to publish the result of the petitioner, pertaining to B.Sc-Part III (Hons.) examination, which had commenced on 11.01.2020 and the petitioner had appeared in the said examination, pursuant to issuance of admit card. It is submitted that the petitioner had appeared from P.S. Degree College, Harda, bearing Registration No. 48619/2014 and Roll No. 6086. The learned counsel for the petitioner, at

Patna High Court CWJC No.9027 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2021 2/2 the outset, submits that the petitioner would approach the Registrar of the B.N.Mandal University, Madhepura by filing appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today, hence, the Registrar of the B.N.Mandal University, Madhepura may be directed to redress the grievances of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation regarding the aforesaid grievances before the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Registrar of the B.N.Mandal University, Madhepura within a period of two weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by the Respondent No. 3 within a period of six weeks, thereafter by a reasoned order, in accordance with law.
