2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 311 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 423, 466, 467, 468, 469 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is a case of cheating by impersonation. This petitioner along with other accused persons got executed a sale deed of the land of complaint to someone else.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is an old lady and she is a bona fide purchaser of the land in question. It is further submitted that the dispute between the parties is of civil nature and the act alleged against this petitioner does not amount to any criminal liability. Petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the rival submissions, period of custody and the nature of accusation, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua P.S.
