2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 211 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita to which Sections 103(1) and 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita was added.

3. The petitioners was earlier suspected of having killed the deceased and subsequently after the dead body of the deceased was recovered, the petitioners have been arrested.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 26.11.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43903 of 2025(5) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 except for suspicion, there is no material against the petitioners to connect the petitioners with the crime.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Rosera, Samastipur/ concerned Court in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 211 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioners will co-operate in the trial.
