The petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 246 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation some unknown criminals have killed the victim but during investigation on the confessional statement of the petitioner key of the motor cycle of the deceased was recovered from his possession. Motor cycle was also recovered from the field on the confessional statement of co-accused.
There are sufficient materials against the petitioner and other co-accused persons.
Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43326 of 2016 (3) dt.25-10-2016 inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
