2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bheldi PS Case No. 52 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32, 36 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. 1174.680 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from vehicle of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned APP however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the huge quantity and the fact that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42610 of 2023(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 illicit liquor has been recovered from the vehicle of which this petitioner is registered owner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
