2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 467 of 2024 for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 96 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. lodged on 18.12.2024 by the informant, Ravita Devi.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant, mother of the victim alleged that the daughter went out to attend the nature's call and thereafter, allegation is that this petitioner alongwith one Ravi Ranjan Kumar took her away. This led to the FIR.
4. The lady has appeared in this case, the date of birth
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38567 of 2025(4) dt.10-10-2025 2/3 shows that she is nineteen years of age and the couple has been blessed with a daughter.
5. This Court has conversed with the lady and has also gone through the statement made by her under Section 183 of the BNSs, according to which, she had solemnized marriage with the petitioner.
6. The case is there, petitioners will be facing the music, in view of the fact that they have solemnized marriage and blessed with a child, in that background, this Court is inclined to extend him the privilege of bail with conditions.
7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 467 of 2024 subject to the following conditions:
(i) one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioners who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide;
(ii) the petitioners shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his

(iii) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;
(iv) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U T
