JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the First Information Report of Rasulpur P.S.Case No. 118 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
At the outset, it has been brought to the notice of the Court that during pendency of the application the investigation of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23355 of 2017 (2) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 the case has been completed and the Investigating Officer has already submitted charge-sheet in the case pursuant to which the court of Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offences. In view of the submissions made above, this application is disposed of as infructuous.
