The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 102 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a case and counter case between the parties.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on
