2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65906 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 775(C) of 2020, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Danapur at Patna, subject to deposit of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46131 of 2024(2) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

4. The order dated 22.01.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
