This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jitna P.S. Case No.59 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 8/20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The recovery is of 490 gm. of charas from the petitioner. He is in custody since 01.04.2025. 4.

Considering the quantity of charas alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him privilege of bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected for the present.
