Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 384 of the Indian Penal Code and various sections of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made katta and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 25.7.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Daudnagar P.S. Case no. 124/2016.
