JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he appeared at first sitting of B.C.A. examination and took with him the answer sheet.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already completed B.C.A. course and he is a student of M.C.A., but the accusation has only been levelled since the petitioner made complaint against the informant to the higher authority. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2700 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S.
