2. The petitioners are in custody since 17.12.2016 in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely on suspicion and they are not named in the first information report.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as criminal antecedents of the petitioners, however, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to them. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/Chandran.
