By filing the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR of Salimpur P.S. Case No.105 of 2013 dated 25.8.2013 registered for the offence punishable under section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.193 of 2014 dt.21-01-2015 2/2 The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the present application. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
