That, this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs commanding the respondents to pay 69,950/- with interest, which is due amount out of total 1,19,950/- for which the petitioner has provided his service in pursuance of the letter contained in letter No. F-8-3 (Bihar) 99-V.T.(N) dated 6.10.99."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1005 of 2009(4) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
