06 litres of countrymade wine was seized while being carried by the petitioner and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 30.09.2016. Furthermore, as per Para-3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Ganga Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka (Barahat) P. S. Case no.798 of 2016.
