Petitioners are accused in connection with Sessions Trial No 275 of 2016 with Sessions Trial No 416 of 2016 arising out of Barhara Police Station Case No 35 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and later on Section 302 of Indian Penal Code has been added. It is submitted that earlier prayer of petitioners for bail has been rejected vide Annexure 1 with an observation that the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after framing of charges. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I, Purnea in connection with Sessions Trial No 275 of 2016 with Sessions Trial No 416 of 2016 arising out of Barhara Police Station Case No 35 of 2016.
