This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mufassil P.S. Case No. 113 of 2020 (G.R. No. 860 of 2020) for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of submission that the petitioner is not the assailant of the injured and she is a lady, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37921 of 2020(3) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Mufassil P.S.
