2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 143. 323, 324, 307, 354A, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 34 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as there is a case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that the informant has not suffered any injury whatsoever and the injury inflicted upon his daughter is simple in nature.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or

No.29671 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhepura, in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No.34 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
