The petitioners have filed the present application with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.10253 of 2023(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/3 prayer to quash the order dated 21.04.2023, passed by the Learned Chairperson (A), State Appellate Authority, Education Department, Patna, Bihar, in O.A. No.189 of 2022, which declined to consider their case due to a lack of jurisdiction over the constitution of the Governing Body or Managing Committee. The petitioners also seek to quash the decision dated 08.05.2020 (contained in Proposal No.03) made by the Managing Committee/Governing Body, which terminated their services as Lecturers, and request a direction to restore their previous positions in accordance with guidelines issued on 24.08.2019 by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna. 3.

Considering the materials available on record, I set aside the order dated 21.04.2023, passed by the Chairman, State Appellate Authority.

Petitioners are directed to approach the District Appellate Authority, Jehanabad for consideration of their matter within a period of three weeks from today and the District Appellate Authority, Jehanabad, is directed to consider the case of the petitioners and disposed the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Limitation, if any, shall be condoned.
