Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he fired from his rifle causing injury at the leg of the informant. Submission of the petitioner is that there is case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2016. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

After hearing the parties, I am of the view that the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail, after completion

No.43809 of 2016 (4) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 of six months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikaramganj (Rohtas)/Successor Court in connection with Bikaramganj P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016.
