This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Murliganj P.S. Case No. 355 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Ten persons are said to have assaulted the deceased including the petitioner, who is a lady. The occurrence has taken place due to land dispute and it seems that the name of the petitioner has been given in the F.I.R. out of enmity. Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.
