JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

House of the petitioner was searched by the police officials and during course thereof, son of petitioner was found in possession of loaded revolver. It has further been alleged that ten live cartridges were recovered beneath pillow over which petitioner was sleeping.

Considering the nature of the allegation as well as perceiving absence of criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition coupled with the fact that petitioner happens to be under custody since 18.07.2016, petitioner, Ram Pravesh Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39931 of 2016 (02) dt.17-09-2016 each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Biharsharif at Nalanda in connection with Sarmera P. S. Case no.79 of 2016.
