2. The petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2019 in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 655/2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the D.P.Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased. It is submitted that the accusations are general and omnibus in nature against the accused persons. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of
