This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of dacoity is against unknown. The petitioner was apprehended by the police in some other cases on the basis of his criminal antecedent and his confessional statement was recorded. The petitioner admitted his involvement in the present occurrence also. He is in custody since 20.12.2016. However, he was never put on test identification parade nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact specially the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty
