Petitioner is accused in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016 registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 11.07.2016. Also similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 41393 of 2016 vide order dated 03.10.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1987 of 2017 (4) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016.
