2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 113(2), 126(2), 308(2), 76, 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner along with four unknown miscreants assaulted and misbehaved with the informant when she was demarcating her land situated at Sahanaulla Pakadi, West Champaran.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are co-villagers and there is admitted land dispute between them. Both parties are on litigating terms and series of litigation are pending. Allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Considering the backdrop of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Manpur P. S. Case No. 22 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
