2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

4. From the FIR, it appears that the girl had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38337 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court in connection with Madhuban P.S.
