Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been arrested by the police in this case and, as such, this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for granting him the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No.168 of 2021, pending in the court of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai, has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.
