47 sachet of 200 ML country made wine was recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that, petitioner is under custody since 21.08.2016.

Para-3 of the bail petition speaks regarding absence of criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner, Pappu Kapri is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur PS Case No. 366/2016.
