2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahuawa P.S. Case No. 123 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 310(2) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, 15-20 unknown criminal committed dacoity in the house of the informant in the night.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2026 and the name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory of co-accused Sandeep Kumar, Prashant Kumar and Abhijeet. In their self-inculpatory statement they have said that the petitioner was also a member of the organized gang who had committed dacoity.

5. The petitioner is accused in two more cases.

6. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
