JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/306 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Sections 201/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code were added.

The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. The marriage was solemnized six years prior to the lodging of the case. Allegation is that the deceased committed suicide due to torture committed by other named accused persons. It appears that husband Om Leheri has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 164 of 2017 on 11.01.2017.

No.55406 of 2016 (2) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur/Successor Court, in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016.
